The head massage was fantastic, I would highly recommend this treatment. The facial however was very rough and painful. The extractions had me in tears! and the microdermabrasion machine was also scraped very harshly across my skin which isn't what I'm used to with this procedure. The facials need to be more gentle, do not need to be aggressive to give results.
