Booked in for a back cleansing treat £38 - 45 mins to include cleansing, massage and back mask. What i got was a 5 minute cleanse and a 5 minute massage. took all of 10 minutes. no back mask at all, and still charged £38. Very disappointing.

The ladies welcomed me into the salon so warmly and Zara was super sweet and friendly. Her cut was quick but excited well and the blow dry suited my face (not over the top like some places!). Will definitely come back.
