I was not asked what I wanted done. I was directed to the sink to wash my hair. It was my first time there and the stylist kept saying you'll like it short. I showed a photo of how I wanted the back cut. It was not cut that way. She asked if I wanted scissors or razor. I said only scissors and she briefly used the razor. She was very polite.
