I booked a cut by mistake but wanted a blow-dry. The team were very accommodating to the change.
However, having asked for a bouncy, straight blow-dry with lots of volume, I walked out with a frizzy, curly blowdry! I had to ask for products to be used to help get the volume as I could tell the stylist's strength enough. I was given no product at the end and left with a frizzy mess! I had to go home and redo the whole blow-dry. Sadly, I would not recommend this salon for a blowdry.

Homi was great. She asked me what I wanted and she realised a perfect haircut for me by cutting exactly the length I wanted. She also gave me loads of suggestion on how to treat better my hair. She was caring and professional. I will definitely come back for the next cut!

I waited for the hairdresser for 15mins. Then they realised that there will be an overlap because they had someone booked 45mins after me, all very awkward. She then only shampooed my hair once and said she won’t use conditioner. So I end up leaving the salon with some kind of tangled blow dry and now I have to redo it at home.
