Had a great experience here! The woman who did my nails was so extremely nice. She was super attentive and really cared about making me and everyone else comfortable. Probably the best manicure experience I’ve had in London. It was also cheaper than the places I normally go to. Only downside was that there weren’t many gel colours to choose from. But otherwise, I cannot recommend this place enough. Just so lovely and professional.

First off, cape and towel were visibly dirty. Then, somehow the dyewas flung on my phone, on the floor, and in my eye. Roots and lengths of my hair were all dyed in one go, creating a visible difference. I found dye in my ear the next day and my hair has been super tangly and rough since. There was also no effort made not to dye my entire forehead, neck and ears. Awful.

The stylist was very professional but the lady in charge of payments was really blunt and blaze about the difference in prices between Treatwell and the site. Be mindful you can be charge more than what it appears in this site (and get told off inbetween).
