After booking the treatment online I got numerous phone calls and texts changing the time of my appointment and after agreeing on the original time, I showed up at the salon only to be told that the beautician can't see me at the specified hour. It was quite annoying because it interfered with my plans for the day. In the end I came back 1h later, talked to another member of staff who was actually quite friendly. She arranged the treatment without any further delays.
Hollywood Waxing
Nails lasted just over a week, and started peeling 4 days in. Was good price though so can't complain too much
Good. Had to pay extra for shellac color on top though which was annoying and felt rushed when I decided I wanted that too. Very quickly done though.
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
The service was satisfying and the staff was very accomodating as well as kind. The place was nice and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Would go back.

All staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Unlike many salons I have been to before, the nail treatments were provided in a separate room to the rest of the salon which made it feel a bit more specialist. The salon was very clean and smartly presented with music and TV screens to keep you entertained. Would definitely return.
