I had to wait a half an hour before I was seen and when I went into the treatment room I was given a dirty damp towel with fake tan stains on it. When I asked for a clean one, I was told there was none available. The staff apologized profusely for the long wait and gave me a longer facial then I booked at no extra cost. The facial itself was fine, but not a great experience.
Classic Facials
The salon is really well located just a few feet from Camden tube. My highlights were the best I have had in ages, really nice and close to the roots. A new favourite, I will definately be returning!
Hair Colouring
Men's haircut was okay. My hairdresser was quite in a rush but overall I received a decent haircut and I think I got a great value for the money I paid.

I had to wait for long time to get haircut after shampoo and I was freezing cold.. Head massage wasn't very professional. The water spray on my face wasn't a pleasant experience..The salon wasn't very hygenic.
