i came into the beauty salon for waxing, i found the service to be so good, i had a mani and pedi too, what a reak it was :)))
All in all a terrible experience at this salon - and I will not be going back.
- Poor selection of shellac colours
- Poor customer service (apart from the lady who did my manicure, who was lovely, and did a great job)
- Salon was extremely overbooked (several customers waiting indefinitely for their appointments which it seemed the staff were completely unaware of)
- Salon cleanliness was poor - hair covered the entire floor of the salon following somebody's hair cut which was not cleaned up for over an hour
- Staff did not seem experienced
Would not recommend this salon.

Inexperienced staff. Seemed they sidnt know how to wax, technique was all wrong and unevessarily painfull. Used low cost wax wich was of very poor quality yet chargehd double than a place who uses good waxes. One staff memeber was angry about work swearing and moaning and left half way through and another staff member had to complete the work and didnt know how to at all. People walking in and out of the room and door was left open several times although there are male customers and members of staff about. Very patchy finish and rubbish aftercare.
Brazilian Waxing
if you want a wax, don't go here. The beautician was nice and very friendly but had terrible waxing technique, it took much longer than it should and it left a very patchy result. I had to ask twice for her to do areas that she'd missed and still it wasn't complete. She really didn't seem to know how to use hot wax properly. Another member of staff walked in during the wax while I was fully exposed which I thought was very unprofessional but no apology was offered after the treatment. A very unpleasant, overpriced experience.
