This was the worst wax I have ever had. The wax was too hot and although I kept telling her this, she didn't seem to care and only decided to get another pot of wax at the very end (which was normal temperature). She had a bad technique, it was painful and it took too long. I also had to wait 30 mins as they were running behind schedule.

Pretty average salon. Eyebrow threading was alright, some missed hairs that I thought were a bit obvious but overall it was okay. Manicure was just a file and polish, and since I didn't want polish she literally just filed my nails. No buffing, no removal of dead skin or side slivers. Quite a basic service if I must say.

One of the most uncomfortable waxes I've had to date. Don't go here unless you're desperate. I went one time before and said I wouldn't go again but it was down to convenience this time - I said I'd give it another go. My beautician had to go over the areas multiple times, was pulling the wax away before it had set and I also feel she used an excessive amount of wax. I feel I'm going to have to wax a wider area now in future as a result of this. Inexperienced staff and painful experience. I already had regrowth the next day, Such a shame about this. Other than this - the environment was clean, warm and pleasant.
