I booked what I thought was a hair up special offer only to find out that washing and a blow dry isn't included on the price and they wanted £25 extra!!! Why state that your hair up dos are £29.99 from £55 if that's not the case? In all my 41 years I have never come across a hair salon that doesn't wash and blow dry or curl your hair when having a hair up style!!! So I ended up having a wash and blow dry instead for £29.99 instead of £25!!! On the other hand the lady did say never mind but what was the point if you've already made me feel like s fool? State what you offer clearly so there are no misunderstandings!!! Will not be going back because of this!!! Masa who did my hair is a lovely girl and she gave me a good wash and blow dry
