Booked with Ryan but the treatment was undertaken by someone else. I was informed my dye would cost an additional £10 before treatment commenced. The dye was applied well, but I was left a long time in the chair (told 20min, left 45min) while the hairdresser tended to other clients. £45 on Treatwell, £57 bill. Nice hairdresser, no problem with her personally, but didn't feel very valued.
