They used a cuticle gel which BURNT MY NAILS
Had to leave but they still made me pay to have shellac removed (which took 40 mins!)
Called 3 times to ask what they used on my nails as I was in a lot of pain but they refused to tell me and kept asking me to call back.
My nails all collapsed and I can't touch them as the solution has basically dissolved my nails so are really thin.

have late last minute appointments available which is great, especially on a Sunday. Leg wax went well with a couple of hairs missed (nothing significant).

The appointment should have taken 30 mins but took 1 1/5 hour. The manicure was painful and done to a very poor standard. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.
