It was quite a brusque experience and the room doesn't have a brilliant ambience but the woman who did my wax was efficient and friendly and gave good advice and I'm very pleased with the result.

The staff were very unprofessional, one memeber of staff was telling me how she was no good at her job but the other nail technician was even worse.
My nails were all bobbled when I left there, she didn't know how to file nails at all!
They kept talking in their native language which made me feel very uneasy and I could barely understand them.
I will not be returning to this salon. It was an absolute rip off!!
