The massage could have been a bit less functional but otherwise absolutely not complaints. Friendly, offering advice but not too pushy, didn't rush and four days later my hair still looks great!!Win. Win. Would definitely go again.

Brilliant staff who can't do enough for you but have to say I wasn't completely happy with either treatment. Wax was very painful at times (tried to peel wax prematurely) and massage was strange- I understand that it was a back, neck and shoulders massage but sitting on a chair (with wheels) wasn't the most comfortable. Would have been much nicer in a better chair or otherwise.
