This was a quick visit, last minute appointment. The ladies are very friendly, and I was pleased with their work. The salon is easy to get to and is very close to Camden tube station. Will be returning again soon

I've never been for a facial before so didn't know exactly what to expect.
The actual salon is not very nice. But that's not important in the grand scheme of things.
I though I might receive a consultation about what my skin is like, but a woman came up the stairs and said 'you have greasy skin, yes?' and I said 'no it's dry'. That was the consultation.
The woman who did my facial was nice but didn't speak any English, which I thought was a bit weird. The steam machine squirted hot water out towards the bed, luckily before I had sat down on the bed...but this put me on edge of the whole time, thinking that it was going to burn me.
The actual facial was fine, I couldn't couldn't complain about it. But as I said I have no benchmark to compare it against. My face was rubbed for an hour and after it looked clean afterwards. I was not sure whether there should have been an extraction as there was no one I could ask questions to.
Overall, I wouldn't go back.

I had to wait quite a long time between treatments I had booked, but that said the treatments were excellent and good value, and the staff very nice. I would rebook.

Lady took too long. And where the waxing table was there was no privacy.
