Brilliant staff who can't do enough for you but have to say I wasn't completely happy with either treatment.
Wax was very painful at times (tried to peel wax prematurely) and massage was strange- I understand that it was a back, neck and shoulders massage but sitting on a chair (with wheels) wasn't the most comfortable.
Would have been much nicer in a better chair or otherwise.
