Zara was very friendly and made me feel at ease instantly. Wax was very quick and not nearly as painful as other waxes.

it was fast and easy to book time, and the staff was so sweet and professional. The TV could have been on mute or on some music though.

Very quick and easy - I was really pleased with the wax. No frills but very nice staff.

The massage could have been a bit less functional but otherwise absolutely not complaints. Friendly, offering advice but not too pushy, didn't rush and four days later my hair still looks great!!Win. Win. Would definitely go again.
