Tried to overcharge from the price that was quoted on the website, then when giving the money had no change and just expected me to leave a £4 tip.
Didn’t ask what kind of shaping I wanted for my eyebrows and also had booked in advance but wouldn’t acknowledge my booking even though I could see it in the book.

I was asked so many questions throughout to achieve exactly the look I wanted, I have got a gorgeous shiny bouncy blow dry which has received so many compliments already. I can’t wait to go back!
