I was left waiting for 1 hour and half from
My booked appointment. The manager didn’t explain why there was such a delay. A few walk in clients got seen before me. I didn’t have time for my whole appointment booked due to car restrictions and it was my Christmas party. I was left very distressed by this. However the lady who kindly done part of my wax was very kind and apologetic as I had witnessed the manager arguing with her.
I was also left mortified when they accused me of not paying for the treatments even the treatments I did not have too! I would think twice about ever returning here.
On a plus side! The wax lady was lovely! And done my wax very quick.
When i arrived, there seemed to be a confusion with the booking - the staff said i hadn't paid the whole price. Then, when it came to the Brazilian Hot Wax, the type of wax used was very bad, the beautician didn't even pull back my skin meaning it was very painful, and instead of pulling the wax off quickly in one go, she peeled it off slowly making it even more painful! On top of this, there was still hair remaining. Also, she did not include the back of the brazilian - i had to pay extra for a hollywood because the brazilian apparently doesn't include the back, even though everywhere else I've been does. The upper leg was fine, although some hair still remains.
My hairdresser did a good job with my hair trim, treatment and blow-dry. She was very patient and professional with me as it took several hours for her to finish (my hair is very curly and thick). She was also friendly and made me feel at ease.
