I I booked here through Treatwell once before and was happy with the service (although the salon is a little untidy). I selected the same staff member again (Zara) but when I arrived she wasn't working. The new lady left the wax on me too long and as a result, I've been uncomfortable for days - something that hasn't happened before. I won't be returning to Celebrity Salon.
