I didn’t like how they told me to book with them directly next time as it’s more profitable for them, or that I turned up to a 1pm appointment and was told to come back after 5pm. It’s a meh pedicure.

The Brazilian wax I had wasn't quite what I would usually call a Brazilian - they classified what I wanted as a Hollywood, but thankfully didn't charge me more. The lady was very nice but left a lot of wax on me at the end which I had to try to get off myself. Probably wouldn't come back.
