I’m really happy with my nails but not the booking experience. I booked via the app and within minutes the venue texted me to say they couldn’t see me then and needed to move it to an hour later. I then had try and rearrange the rest of my day as they said, because I had prepaid through the app, that I wouldn’t be entitled to a refund - even though it was them who wanted to change my booking. That seemed very unfair and I didn’t want to lose my money, fortunate I did manage to rearrange things but it tainted my experience

Booking was late to start buy 20 minutes. Receptionist very pleasant. Booked a hot wax.. started off with strips. I waited as there might be a reason for this - I finally asked if she knew I’d booked and paid for a hot. The woman who did my wax then said I must be very sensitive to pain as I mentioned that the wax was very very very hot. When she painted it on and it would not dry- after picking at it for a while - she noticed that “oh yes someone has left the machine on very high”. We then waited for it to cool down a bit so it wasn’t like applying molten lava to my vagina. She then told me the front was done - when I then felt all the hot wax and hairs still there I questioned it - then she sullenly did a few more goes. At least she did the back without complaining.
I’ve had waxes before but none hurt like this chick. AVOID.
