Fine, good for a decent cut. Have had better cuts though, I have tricky hair and while the staff were lovely, I don’t feel like they nailed the cut.

The wax was fine in the end but as I arrived they told me they didn’t want to do it as I was wearing a tampon towards the end of my cycle and they said it was too unhygienic which as a customer made me feel very dirty and ashamed. In the end the therapist sighed and huffed and puffed and said she’d do the top but she felt that it was unhygienic which I have never experienced at the previous salon I frequented for 3 years
