Horrible painful experience. The guy was a sweetie but the actual gel removal was painful. They don’t just remove the gel with acetone they basically scrape it off with this machine. My nails are completely ruined and broken everywhere and I’m so upset. I want a refund.

Unfortunately due to staff shortages I had to wait 30min till my appointment however Andrew was very apologetic and when it did come round to my haircut he was focused and professional. The haircut itself was great, exactly what I wanted and he was able to make up for lost time. Would probably go again but not if I was in a rush.
