This was an awful wax. A real shame as I have had manicures there before which were good. The bed wasn’t ready and then had to move rooms half way through the wax. Repeatedly asked for the wax to be cooled but it never seemed to get any cooler. Really poor technique and it often felt like the wax was been clawed off. Would not recommend.
