Have been before - was pretty standard last time. This time I was upstairs on a table separated from the salon by a curtain that didn’t pull all the way around. Staff were rude and unfriendly. They pointed at the table and said “undress” then came back in whilst I was still undressing. Once I was on the table she told me a Brazilian does not include the back and that is a Hollywood - not the case last time nor advertised as such. Then other staff kept on coming behind the curtain whilst I was exposed and giggling. Totally unprofessional and I’m not surprised there are vacant bookings here all day every day. Will not be returning a third time.

I had the Massage, Conditioning Treatment, Trim & Blow Dry for Long Hair and thoroughly enjoyed it, very friendly staff and the hairdresser took her time which I absolutely loved! It would be great if the massage was longer but still the service was great and the staff very warm. Will book again.
