I stayed and got my hair and nails done. The wax, as usual, was virtually painless, thorough and the best. I won’t go anywhere else. I also love my hair.

I booked in for a pedicure online which says it's an hour, but I asked to pay extra to have the gel removed on my toes. I thought that the time it would take to remove the gel would be additional to the hour for the pedicure, but it came off the hour time slot, so there was only about half an hour for the pedicure instead of an hour. The girl doing it was great, and absolutely lovely, but I just think there wasn't really enough time spent on the actual pedicure, as when I got home I still had rough patches on my feet. Also the top coat used might be worth changing to Seche Vite (the best I've used), as the one used on my toes smudged on both big toes even 3 hours after I'd left! All in all they were lovely people, but I think gel removal should be given and extra time slot as otherwise it takes too much time away from the actual treatment.
