It was not very professional at all. The cleanliness in the pedicure area left a lot to be desired. They were very disorganized and did not have enough pedicure chairs and I had to sit on a bench with my feet in the stylist's lap!! I paid for a callous peel and pedicure and left with callouses still on my feet! They then overcharged me by $60!! I am from the US and this was UNBELIEVABLE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Really happy with my cut and dry - lovely calm atmosphere in the salon and staff really welcoming and kind. I was in a rush - through my own poor organisation and they were very keen to help me. I was very happy with the cut and blow dry and in fact am heading back again a couple of days later for another blow dry due to a special occasion.
Hope to make this a regular when I am in London and would recommend
