I booked last minute as my usual hairdressers were busy. I asked for blonde balayage, essentially to lift what had grown out further up. She applied straight bleach to my hair and it was not blended so I ended up with patchy hair and very obvious roots. The lady who did my blowdry was lovely and the manager was understanding when I said I wasn't happy with the end result, however, I definitely wouldn't advertise as offering balayage and then provide a client with essentially bad, patchy, yellowy highlights.

Biba was amazing. I had gone to a different place the week before where they completely ruined my hair with bleach. The whole team spent 45mins talking through how to fix it and explaining everything to me to make sure I was going to be happy with the result. It was really difficult to fix what had been done to my hair but to my surprise the result wasn't just okay, it was incredible. Extremely happy with my choice and will definitely be coming back!

I have only ever had nails done here but they are always amazing. The staff are so precise and spend lots of time making sure your nails are perfect - they really value a great job done. They shellac also stayed on for 2 weeks!
