I booked the wrong deal, but the lady gladly changed it and was most understanding & helpful. She was a real perfectionist,filed the nails beautifully, made sure nail polish had no bubbles, painted the nails very beautifully and took real good care of them. 2days passed after my shellac and tiny chips are visible on the tops of a few nails, that's why I'm not giving 5 stars. But I'm definitely planning to come back.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience here. Manicurist cut my cuticles very aggressively and ended up cutting my SKIN. My finger bled during the entire manicure and she had to keep wiping the blood. Before going on to the next hand, I told her again to PLEASE BE GENTLE, upon which point she began to argue with me saying my skin was too sensitive...I have regular human skin. She simply does not know how to cut cuticles properly. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
