Awful experience ever ruined my day! I was sat in a chair with hair on my hair wash had no pressure at all I was given a hairdresser to cut my hair who seemed like a trainee she started cutting my hair after I showed her how much to take off she then picked my hair from the floor to show me how much she cut instead of showing me with a mirror like a normal hairdresser. Hair was not sectioned while cutting or blow drying, wet hair was getting flicked on dry hair. Hardly spoke any English all the staff kept speaking a foreign language and laughing was very uncomfortable. The blow dryer kept bashing on my forehead she was just all over the place. Apparently I have to ask for heat protector to be applied that was my response from the hairdresser when I had to stop her from blowdrying my hair because no heat protector was applied. My hair is dry and brittle now normally it’s so shiny after a professional blow dry. They told me I had to pay extra cause my hair was extra long I would have happily paid. But after this experience I wouldn’t even pay a penny after wasting 40£ on this. There is no difference in my hair I have worked in a salon for years and this was such a bad job done. Amazing! Got a last minute appointment here and was so happy with the whole experience. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The lady who did my Brazilian Karima was amazing really made me feel comfortable and did a great job!! As painless as possible. Very happy customer. So happy I’ve found them definitely will be my good to place from now on!
