My fringe trim was quick and she did a good job. The downsides were that she didn't even know I had an appointment, so I'm not sure what the point was in making one on Treatwell. Also, she trimmed my fringe wet when it specifically says it will be dry on their website, just found this strange.

Biba was so lovely and very fast and efficient but unfortunately the bleach work wasn’t so good and result very yellow so I have to put toner on myself to correct it. However, next time I will go with highlights to avoid this and definitely recommend her cut and overall experience and salon.
