Biba was so lovely and very fast and efficient but unfortunately the bleach work wasn’t so good and result very yellow so I have to put toner on myself to correct it. However, next time I will go with highlights to avoid this and definitely recommend her cut and overall experience and salon.

My manicurist was the absolute worst. She hurt my cuticles repeatedly and said it was part of the process. She filed my nails way too much, they now hurt. She had so much attitude and was rude. Definitely will never go back.
