I was nervous about going back to get a haircut during these times, but the salon is extremely clean, everyone wears ppe and there are new perspex screens. I felt really calm inside. They sorted out my haircut, as I'd cut it myself, and it looks great now! Thanks!

Felt rushed and wasn't shown the back once done so assumed all fine, but when I got home and inspected my straight properly cut it was uneven - the front is a different length the the back and one side is slightly longer at the front too. Not worth the money!

Biba was amazing helping me choose a new colour to cover the greys which appeared during lockdown. She is so skilled at her job and keeps me updated as to what she is doing. Hair feels fabulous.

Staff were friendly but made a deal out of how I was early. Most of my appointment they spent chatting between themselves about the layout of the salon. Didn't feel they paid much attention to what I wanted and by the time they'd finished it was too late. Also blow dried and styled it without asking me how I'd like it. Not a very enjoyable experience and I wouldn't go back.
