Such a disappointment after such a long wait. Stylist was ok, although I wasnt happy with the cut, and other staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. Was anxious and not made to feel at ease at all. Such a shame after positive experiences had when business was at previous venue.

The haircut was pretty good. Unfortunately they only had one stylist in that day, so I waited a whole hour after my appointment time to be seen to. But they did give me a free blow dry to make up for waiting which was nice.
