While Vanessa herself is lovely, she's not very delicate. She put a bit too much pressure while pushing back and cutting my cuticles and it hurt, one even bled. She didn't pay as much attention applying the polish either, and one nail was bumpy and uneven in the end. It was an average manicure overall, I've had much better. Would've gone back if I didn't have to sit through it wincing pretty much the entire time though.
