The beauty room was in the back of what seemed like a tanning salon. Claire was lovely and really made the treatment easy and relaxed. For my first Hollywood wax it was less painful than I expected and for what is quite an intimate treatment I didn't feel at all uncomfortable. Would definately visit here again.
