It was the first time I've had waxing done since a horrid waxing experience I had as a teenager. I told Claire about my fear of hot wax and how horrible it felt and she was really reassuring, reducing the temperature of the wax and making sure it was alright for me. She also was really nice to talk to during the treatment and I definitely would return!
