Due to therapists at reception and therapist not able to speak well in English, there was a language barrier. I had a pedicure with false nails for big toes.As the silver foil paper template was put on my big toe nail to map out the lining of the false toe nail using clear gel was fine, however when the therapist putthe dryer on my nail with the foil on it burnt my skin under the blue ray light (something like when you put foil in a microwave what happens!!),the therapist did not understand
