Lovely relaxing time having nails refilled. Very clean salon and Marcsi paid a lot of care and attention and replaced an acrylic that had come off. Good value too

The massage was lovely. But then my masseur did my pedicure and she was unable to. She couldn’t take the nail varnish off my toes. She tried to scrape them off with a sharp scraper and it made me cringe- I could see the nail being damaged and more. I told her to stop. It wasn’t her fault- she had told the salon owner she wasn’t qualified to do the pedicure but they insisted she did it. She was an excellent masseur but not trained to do nails. They wouldn’t refund me the pedicure.I’m owed money.
