Bianca was great and had good eye for detail, however my ‘shellac’ manicure did not last long at all, let alone the expected two weeks. Three days later, two of my ‘shellac’ nails had come off without me doing any work with them etc. Very disappointing and not worth the money at all.

The therapist was lovely and tried to ensure the time was fully used, but the facial wasn’t very good. If wasn’t customised (which id paid for - but I wasn’t asked about my skin or what I wanted), was very oily and I wasn’t told what was being used. The spa itself was quite clinical - no music/ aromatherapy, etc. Also someone went into the room about a minute after I left it so unsure how thoroughly they’re cleaned between clients.
