place was lovely. i just felt the wax was rushed. there were so many hairs missed that i had to pluck myself once i got home. and usually after the pull, the therapist will hold their hand on the skin to cool it down, she did not do this and my skin was extremely red by the end. but overall, she was very professional, and i felt very safe and comfortable. and the place was very clean.
