The experience traumatised me and ruined my skin. Being my first full wax, I didn't know bad practice. The technician used hot wax on the same spots multiple times and tore off my skin, leaving severe irritation and the painful bumps 2 days later. No spa music and the only entertainment was the waxer's constant comments on the thickness of my hair and gaslighting me into thinking 'all the blood' was my fault. She ruined my confidence and I will never return. I'd rate -100/10 if I could.
