I have never had an acrylic removal that was done with more care and attention than this one. I was blown away by the attention to detail, the willingness to repeat soaking my nail as many times as needed to protect my nail instead of defaulting to using the drill and damaging my nail bed and the general kindness that was shown towards me. A* and a customer for life!
