Have had better facials than this. Bed wasn’t comfortable and I’ve had a bad back since. Face steamer was dripping hot water onto my arm. Went home with face mask still on my face in places. It was ok but not the full relaxing Mother’s Day facial I was after. Shame as have been here lots over the years but recent nail painting have also been a bit shoddy.
