Nail or Gel Polish Removal

The reception is terrible, not welcoming at all. The receptionist behaves like doing a favour by offering you a service in their location. Music is loud- it often feels like you are in a club in Ibiza. Sometimes and for some might be alright; however not a pleasant atmosphere. When asked if they could lower the volume, she didn't 'think it is loud at all' and rolled her eyes. If she is the owner, she behaves like a bad, unwelcoming owner.

My pedicure was terrible initially - first person complerely ruined it. Luckily second person fixed it but I wasted in total more than 2 hours for the pedicure
