They charged me double for gel removal claiming I had extensions although I definitely did not. First lady ‘wasn’t sure’ if it was gel or not (?), so the second one came and removed half of the nails before realising my ‘nails had extensions’. She did offer going elsewhere.
+Not sure if this is the practice everywhere, but to have my nails cut it was another £11! This brings to the total of almost £30 to go back to regular nails after gel, and that’s without manicure. Rip off if you ask me.
