The manicure itself lasted 20mins max (quoted 30 mins on booking). Also quoted hand massage but this was really just 30secs of rubbing cream on my hands, no real massage or effort put in. Left feeling disappointed

I am a regular at this studio, usually with another beautician but this time booked with Andi. Andi has the softest and calmest hands and spririt, can really recommend her if you book for the first time ever a mani pedi and feel a little anxious. My nails look great, thank you so much!
