Absolutely terrible! I went in for a sinple gel removal. The technician started filing down on the sides of my nails and against my skin with a coarse file. After soaking my nails in acetone she preceded to scrape and aggressively file again. I asked as to why a gentler electric file isnt being used to which she replied that she is not trained to use one. My cuticles were destroyed and my nails still have some product on them. They do not know what they’re doing!!! Avoid!!
