The customer service was great but I wouldn’t recommend getting UV hard gel if you’ve not had them before. Within 24 hours one of my nails broke and 3 more after getting it fixed for free, which I appreciate. The time and money isn’t worth it for gel

They are transitioning to new ownership and therefore they seemed to be a little overwhelmed. Bookings were different than expected, etc. That said both of my nail artists did a great job.
